Objectives

Strengthen and develop a team's effectiveness, performance and cohesion, discover and develop its potential and optimise its action. A team is totally effective when it fully achieves its purpose.

Programme

1.

Discover each team-member's motivations, dynamics and forces and analyse their real potential; as revealed through their personalised EMPREINTE© images;

2.

Discover the team's collective motivations, dynamics and forces, its particular characteristics and potential as well as those blockages that prevent it from being fully effective;

3.

BuildEMPREINTE© images of the team's missions and responsibilities and define the team's values and operating mode as well as the criteria for its effectiveness and cohesion;

4.

Analyse, discover and understand each team-member's contribution to the team's overall success, effectiveness and good functioning;

5.

Define an action plan to ensure the team's effectiveness, success, cohesion and good functioning; define the way to optimise its actions and agree on a plan for both the team-members' development and the team's as a whole.

Time required

Information to the team, objectives, start-up meeting

Around 2 hours' individual feedback with each of the team-members;
1 – 2 days for the team-building seminar, depending on the objectives that have been chosen;
1 – 2 days for outdoor activities (on request).
