Discover each team-member's motivations, dynamics and forces and analyse their real potential; as revealed through their personalised EMPREINTE© images; |

Discover the team's collective motivations, dynamics and forces, its particular characteristics and potential as well as those blockages that prevent it from being fully effective; |

3.
|
BuildEMPREINTE© images of the team's missions and responsibilities and define the team's values and operating mode as well as the criteria for its effectiveness and cohesion; |

4.
|
Analyse, discover and understand each team-member's contribution to the team's overall success, effectiveness and good functioning; |

5.
|
Define an action plan to ensure the team's effectiveness, success, cohesion and good functioning; define the way to optimise its actions and agree on a plan for both the team-members' development and the team's as a whole. |
Time required
