Description and Services
We organise individual assessments for top and middle management and for specialists. We propose the assessments particularly in situations such as:

the nomination or the selection of a person for a key position in a recruitment process;

a decision within the scope of a management development programme or a new career management.

When we perform an assessment, we give particular attention to the following aspects: personality, the person's motivations and values, management effectiveness and reactions under stress, leadership and management style. Furthermore, we study the alignment of the person with a given function and highlight the person's potential. During the process, these different aspects will be considered in relation to the job's requirements and objectives that we will have predefined together with the client.
Our clients benefit from our extensive practical experience of analysing managers' potential and their aptitude to fulfil a particular function. For this purpose, we use various analytical tools. Our methods help people to find meaning and purpose in what they do.
In particular, we work with the Empreinte© method which is a state-of-the-art instrument based on a neuro-cognitive approach. This method allows us to make a complete analysis and develop specific questions linked to the mandate. The person is strongly involved in this process, which in turn creates the favourable conditions for tackling an eventual change process. |
