We offer team-building sessions for management teams who wish to learn more about the group’s functionality and how each individual potential can better contribute to the group and to the company.
For team-building, we use a neurocognitive management tool called “Empreinte”©, that allows to work individually with each group member and then identify the motivations, the values, the strengths, the potential for development and improvement, and the possible risks of the team.
Our sessions are adaptable according to the client’s needs and demands. They contain:
a preparation session with the customer in order to understand the expectations, identify and define the request;
an assessment with each team member;
one or more days of team-building workshop;
a follow-up report session with the team to discuss and share results.
